Adrianna Achaiba

Adrianna was born on 19^th April 1992. She comes from Trinidad. She was introduced to the double tenor at age 4. She has mastered the seven bass, three pan cello, double tenor and tenor pan. She also plays the recorder and piano. Adrianna has been performing since the age of 5.

In 2000 she performed at the opening of the first Word Steel Band Music Festival. This year she played in Panorama 2001 and was the youngest pannist.

Adrianna performs on a regular basis for events such as graduations, concerts, charities, medical and business conventions, etc.

Adrianna is a solo performer with a special gift. She does not look at her pan while playing. She is also known to have the ability to identify sounds in note form (musical notes and pitch). In other words, she is said to have perfect pitch. Such a child with exceptional ability to play what she hears from memory is to be recognized and appreciated by all who see her perform with ease, enjoyment and contentment.
